Shipping Policy

All products sold on NBT Prepwise are digital products (PDFs, eBooks, downloadable guides, online courses, etc.).

Delivery

• Your digital product is delivered instantly upon successful completion of your order.
• The file(s) will be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout.
• In most cases, you will receive an email with your download link within seconds after payment is confirmed.
• Please also check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

Important Notes

• No physical shipping is required as the products are digital.
• Delivery is immediate and fully automated.
• Make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues if an incorrect email address is provided.
• If you do not receive your download link within 10 minutes of purchase, please contact us at contact@nbt-prepwise.co.za.

Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. As these are digital products delivered instantly, there are no returns and no refunds once the order is completed and the file has been delivered.
