Return & Refund Policy

Digital Products Only

All products sold on NBT Prepwise are digital products (PDFs, eBooks, downloadable guides, online courses, etc.).

• There are no returns on digital products.
• There are no refunds on digital products.

Once the digital product is delivered or downloaded, the sale is final. No exceptions.

Damages or Issues

If you experience any technical issues with your download or access (e.g., file not opening or link not working), please contact us immediately at contact@nbt-prepwise.co.za so we can assist you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of purchase. However, because this is a digital product, the right to cancel does not apply once you have started downloading or accessing the file.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued for digital products under any circumstances.
